Procedure and House Affairs committee  Okay. Earlier you were talking about 14- to 16-year olds. We must educate them on democracy and ensure that they will vote. When can you educate them and how will you do it?

Procedure and House Affairs committee  Have you seen a difference between those who were educated on the democratic process or who got involved when they were in grade 9 or 10, which would be the equivalent of 4th or 5th year of high school in Quebec? Were they more likely to exercise their right to vote?
