Public Safety committee  You mentioned manufacturing AEDs, but it is not as simple as what we think. An AED is more than a bunch of batteries, a wire and a button. A monitor is linked to the device, which reads the arrhythmia or the heart's electrical impulses. It is a very complicated process.
