International Trade committee  Sure. I think the application process is, if I may say so, fairly streamlined. For the drawback, it's a one-page application. For the duty relief program, it's two and a half pages long. That said, I think what the industry is getting at is that the complexity of the compliance challenge is to demonstrate that you can meet the conditions of the program.
