Natural Resources committee  Yes. There are a number of programs from across the United States, and there's the Toronto home energy loan program. The Halifax Regional Municipality has a LIC out for solar as well. There are a number of examples where we can learn from other jurisdictions. The financing component of the program isn't a very expensive thing for the government, because these are loans that are provided.
