Part of that struggle is that we get the burden of those services and what we need to provide in partnership with other agencies such as CHEO, for one example. We have to do this work based on the type of agency we are. The vast number, as you mentioned, of Inuit come to Ottawa directly from Iqaluit and Baffin Island.
