Human Resources committee  I personally believe that sick leave is important, especially as we transition into reopening the economy. I'm just talking from my own experience here, but as a business owner—I co-own our financial planning practice with two other individuals—we were just speaking of transitioning our staff and ourselves back to work.

I think in this particular case it may have made some difference. The higher minimum wage, I think at the margin, would have made some difference.

At the moment, there are many seniors being put into a position where their families and adult children need assistance. Therefore, if some funds could temporarily be taken out of the RRSPs, that would be useful.
