Justice committee  Thank you, Chief Deer. Thank you for the question. As is contained in the written submissions from the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake, the proposed amendment is quite simple. It would be an addition to subsection 207(1). That subsection reads in part: Notwithstanding any of the
