Fisheries committee  Thank you, Mr. Chairman, and hello all committee members. I really appreciate being asked to speak today. My name is Ivan Askgaard. I am a commercial fisherman. I have fished for 40 years for prawns. I own a prawn licence and operate a fishing vessel, and I also have a register
