Public Safety committee  Good morning. As for renting firearms, it's more of a.... We're seeing a trend where guns are being used in different parts of the country. Through tracing, we figure out that they have been used in crimes in B.C. and they come to Winnipeg. They're almost cleaning their guns and cleaning things that have been used in a crime.
