Foreign Affairs committee  The question of political prisoners in Iran is, of course, a priority in our work at the Raoul Wallenberg Centre. As to the jurisdiction of the ICC, I think the special prosecutor has responded to that. I'll use this occasion to say that in the room today, we have with us Evgenia Kara-Murza, who appeared before this committee.

Number one, Canada led the way on adopting the declaration against arbitrary detention in state-to-state relations. Vladimir is a case study of that. He's a citizen of the U.K. as well as of Russia.
