That also means that universities, in particular, could decide to use an entire book by claiming fair dealing based on classroom needs.

When the users at the various schools, universities and CEGEPs use publications that are part of our catalogue, based on the statements received, we redistribute the money paid to the publishers and authors. We also have other mechanisms, including services we offer to rights holders.
