Health committee  Thank you. Just briefly, the decision as to why this appeal wasn't sought is quite well laid out in the regulatory impact analysis statement. That's the statement that traditionally accompanies the regulatory amendments. In June 2022, when the Governor in Council repealed the amendments, the RIAS contained a nice explanation about why the decision was made at the time to not pursue the litigation.
