Information & Ethics committee  I think detecting counter-narratives on social media platforms may be a common occurrence, but to link them specifically to a hostile threat actor is a bit more complex. I'm not sure how often that happens. We do know that threat actors do that—such as the PRC, Russia, or other hostile state actors, as my colleague mentioned—but I don't have a specific number for you.
