Environment committee  There are a lot of very interesting developments on the sensor side in particular. That comes back to the data—knowing what's in our water and the environment. On the treatment side for emerging contaminants, there's a lot more work to be done still in technology development.

The context in which I would consider Canada as a leader would be in applied water research and technology development.
