However, there's always the Canadian Human Rights Act that we can look back on to make sure we're taking the best of the definition and putting it forward.

If you come to speak to us from an HR perspective, we have resources. We have nurses on site. We actually have a respectful workplace that could support employees, making sure that, from a mental state or perspective, they feel safe.

I would recommend a similar time frame just to make sure that we've done all the necessary studies so that we can come up with the best recommendations for all of Canada, and even internationally.

You are able to come forward and actually speak to us, and it really depends on the situation. We also work very closely with the Sergeant-at-Arms to ensure from a safety perspective.
