Finance committee  Thank you. I would say that we are looking for several amendments to the impact assessment as amendments to Bill C-69. The government has covered off the constitutional issues that the Supreme Court of Canada has raised. We think that's been done adequately, but they have overreacted to that.

Thanks so much for the opportunity to appear before the committee as it considers Bill C-69, and specifically the amendments to the Impact Assessment Act.
