Human Resources committee  That's one area where we've seen the most progress, despite limited resources and increasing rates of homelessness. They're rates with which we can't keep up, given the resources we're receiving. As I was saying, one thing we have managed to do very successfully is coordinate between community partners.

Human Resources committee  If I may, since I still have my microphone on, I'll start. I agree with the testimony of the other two witnesses who spoke today. The FCM supports the maintenance of Reaching Home. It's essential that we maintain Reaching Home, but that we continue to enhance it. At the very least, we need to index it to inflation.

Human Resources committee  In fact, your question is timely because that's where we've identified the biggest gap in the continuum. I've been pleased to learn that we've just initiated a similar initiative called the launch pad. It's an area, a room, a space in our current emergency shelter which is serving that same purpose.
