Finance committee  I think it's important to realize that the Canada education savings grant program has been successful in driving participation in the RESP. Nonetheless, we still only have a third of Canadians with this type of savings program. There's still a huge opportunity and a huge gap, and I would suggest that with the introduction of the Canada learning bond, you are in fact starting to address some of the concerns of the lower-income families.
