Simply to clarify, the danger pay has not been taken away, but in the last PSAC agreement the wording was clarified to make sure that everybody understood how it was applied. It had caused a bit of grief because the clarification had the effect that was desired, which was to make sure it was applied systematically all across the 54 institutions.
