Health committee  I agree with what's been said already, but keep in mind two things. The equation has to do with food and it has to do with activity, and not just with one of these. Whatever we're doing has to keep those things in mind, because they're parts of the energy balance.

Health committee  I could answer that question. I have done clinical work for 10 years, and I know that public health departments have used Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating and have translated it in many languages. That tool is available for all the various cultures.
