Foreign Affairs committee  We spoke about women, and I would like to point out that ROCAHD is still asking people who submit projects what role women have played in their preparation and what their role will be in their implementation. We ask how many women there are in their organization. Based on those answers, we determine, among other things, whether the projects submitted are acceptable.
