A good example of the starting point is that after the tragedy in Lac-Mégantic some of the neighbouring communities had asked for information about the quality of the network in the area and they were told to file an ATIP request. Obviously we as a sector feel there should be a standardized threshold to deal with notifications. It could be a deficiency with a bridge, or it could be a slow order on a track. These are normal operating practices that Transport deals with, and we should be notified.
