In this particular interaction I don't. But in my conversation with the ambassador we talked about a range of programs, from technical skills--how to operate this kind of equipment, for example, how to do some of that basic exploration work, operate the equipment that does the seismic work, the geoscience work, mapping, and that kind of thing--to mine design and how one goes about doing the actual drilling and so on. This capacity exists in Canada--
