I know, but there is a problem here. We have a guy from Australia hired to manage the Canadian Wheat Board as CEO. He's appointed under order in council. He started work April 1, and this committee still doesn't have the order in council. This committee should have been able to hear from Ian White prior to that appointment taking effect. Where in blazes is the order in council? Now he's working. He's being paid by the Canadian Wheat Board. He's appointed by the Government of Canada, and this committee has not seen the order in council. Now where is it?
