In reviewing your testimony at priority and planning, you did say: “And we'll be working with industry to minimize food safety risks, so that we can adjust our program to be less prescriptive and have less oversight“. I guess we want to know exactly what that means: to have less oversight. Were you telegraphing at that time that there were going to be these kinds of cuts or harmonization with industry to put more responsibility to industry, which, as my colleague has said, will go back to the farmers, no question? I would simply like to know what you mean by having less oversight.
