—so I recognize what happens behind the scenes in provincial terms. There are delays, and I think there are lessons to be learned. The farmers need help as soon as this happens, as soon as it ends.
I think that, if we look back on lessons learned, probably more could have been done. Maybe more resources, human resources, could have been put into it to get it out more quickly, but it's complicated, for sure. We are thankful that it did come down. A lot of people couldn't avail because of the short timeline, but it has helped.
