Yes, definitely. We heard about it on the day it happened, February 11. I believe it was a Tuesday, as I remember fondly, and they had until Saturday or Sunday to get everything in order, which wasn't enough time.
The drought ended at the end of October, perhaps, and then we had November, December and January. I don't know if it was done more towards the end of the fiscal year or how it all came around, but there were a lot of farmers who couldn't partake. They never had the arrangements made in the four days that they had. We respect the AgriRecovery program, but more has to be done on the timeliness of what has to happen.
