Mr. Hébert, I have followed your Facebook page with great interest over the years, and I'm following it particularly closely these days to keep up to date on the challenges related to the Alto project.
First, when you appeared on Le Téléjournal, you gave a very firm position.
Last week, we heard from Ms. Bercier, who gave quite an eloquent testimony.
Can you explain to us why the Alto project is not a good solution or a good priority, or why it isn't as good as it looks in the current context? Can you also tell us about the impact of this project on your mental health and that of your colleagues?
