Briefly, if I were to pick one thing, it would be to focus on the right infrastructure that can “benefit beyond”. We build most infrastructure projects for a given need, but once we've built that infrastructure, it could be used for things that weren't the original need. For instance, you could build a road to a new community and then use it for a whole host of different avenues.
