Ms. Cloutier, you mentioned the new strategy and the fact that Farm Credit Canada would be administering a $1‑billion fund for food processing. However, Farm Credit Canada had already allocated funding to support food processing activities and already devotes a portion of its budget to that purpose.
Is this new funding, or does it simply reflect what Farm Credit Canada was already doing? Sometimes there is a tendency to reannounce existing measures. We've seen examples of that in some previous announcements.
