Would the reality of those tariffs be that the only ones being punished are Canadian farmers? This is in no way punishing the Russian regime or Belarus. Fertilizer is still being purchased. The United States is still purchasing fertilizer. The only victims of this tariff set by the Liberal government are Canadian farmers. Would that be accurate?
