Quebec is a good example. It processes 60% of its agri-food products within its borders, which gives it greater food self-sufficiency. That's what I hope for all of Canada. The more we focus on processing, the more control we have over our food future. This makes it easier to support our farmers. It's also easier to innovate and adapt our products over the long term for a very dynamic market.
