Again, we think they are working well together, in the sense.... I wouldn't, obviously, Mr. Albas, attribute any misunderstanding to you, but Bill C-5 deals with designated projects added to schedule 1, in your words, and I agree with that. Bill C-39 provides that greater predictability, clarity, regulatory coherence and rigorous oversight to all projects, not just those that are specifically designated. We think the two work very well together. Far from being contradictory, we think they're very complementary.
