My first questions concern the Montreal Port Authority.
Mr. Bird, like your colleague Mr. Gooch, you mentioned that more commercial and financial flexibility is needed. Does that refer to the possibility of entering into joint and several liability agreements with special purpose entities or not? Can you expand on that a bit?
