The way the process is set up is to simplify it but, again, as I said, without reducing environmental standards. I stand by that.
I've talked about regions of national interest—I think that's an important piece—but there are many other pieces in here at the same time. It's a change to the process of how we do things. There isn't a change that suddenly says what goes into the evaluation has been reduced.
