My first question or two will be for Mr. Gooch.
In particular, I want to dig down deep in terms of how the measures in this legislation will help Canadian ports get Canadian goods to new markets, given the fact that we are under siege with respect to the unjustified American tariffs. We're looking at ways to double our non-U.S. exports. How would this legislation help in that respect?
