I'm going to move to Mr. Legge for a question or two, and then to the Montreal Port Authority. I think you did a really good job, Mr. Legge, of talking about the provisions of the bill connected to the objectives, which I appreciate. I won't get you to repeat what you said, but I really think it's important to know what we're measuring. What indicators should Parliament use to measure success, let's say, over the next five years or so?
