Mr. Hancock, during the Air Canada flight attendants' strike, you repeatedly stated that the best solution was one reached at the bargaining table rather than through imposed arbitration. Looking back, do you believe the parties would have had a greater chance of reaching an agreement if formal bargaining had begun earlier and additional federal mediation resources had been available from the outset?
