A few years ago, in its decision in Saskatchewan Federation of Labour v. Saskatchewan, the Supreme Court of Canada made clear that the charter-protected right to strike can be limited to protect the lives or safety of the public, but cannot be limited to protect a company's profits or an economic activity. Do you think the way section 107 is being defined here respects the court's decision and the charter?
