Yesterday, we had the opportunity to hear from the minister, who made some statements that, quite frankly, don't match with the interpretation of the changes to both section 107 and the geographic certification, so I want to put some of the things the minister said yesterday to you and get your thoughts on them.
The minister said she thought the changes to section 107 put “guardrails” on it. Do you believe she's actually putting guardrails on the use of section 107?
