Certainly, and I'll let my colleague Bryan talk about some of the major project implications.
On the labour piece, this is one of the things that we hear about most frequently from our network of chambers. As I said, there are 400 chambers of commerce and boards of trade across the country that feed into our membership, and the small businesses are participants there. The labour disruptions, especially when we look towards exports, are a huge piece for them.
As well, our business data lab has looked at obstacles facing businesses through Statistics Canada's Canadian survey on business conditions. It noted that, last year, exporters were typically the most optimistic of businesses, but that had completely been eroded. As well, for 90% of businesses that had been experiencing supply chain obstacles, we're expecting them to either stay the same or get worse over the coming three months, which is a notable concern for the network and for businesses across the country, including SMEs.
Bryan, I don't know if you wanted to add anything on the major projects piece.
