On the question of the council, it's not something we've received a lot of feedback on from members, from that perspective. We have a diversity of interests there. Some have concerns about additional direction from an appointed council going out, and others feel that this would set better guardrails for progress in certain projects.
We don't have a comment on that right at this moment.
