Just briefly, currently employers or the government do not have the ability to go to the board to ask for a geographical certification. How workers choose to organize themselves in a way that they see fit to collectively bargain with their employers is up to them. We believe the government should not change that. It should be in the hands of the workers, not the government or employers, to choose their bargaining representation.
