Mr. Warren, you said in your opening that Bill C-39 crosses a red line. I guess that has to do with the changes to section 107 coming up against the right to strike. I've been asking the same questions: Do you think these changes are going to create more stability or less stability, build better relationships between employers or make those relationships worse?
