The chair makes the decision on whether we think we can give everybody in a second round a chance. In this instance, only Mr. Sweet would have had a chance; nobody else would have on a second round because of the time. We spent an extra 15 minutes on the first round with Ms. Khalid and that took time out of this as well.

That's all fine, but the point is that the Liberal Party got the extra five minutes, Mr. Sweet did not. It wasn't as if we didn't have the five minutes. We do not want to see this happen again.

I have never had the chair being seen as a member of the committee in terms of questions. I don't usually ask questions, but I really wanted to get some information. We can discuss that at another time.
