The purpose of NDP-5 is to ensure that the Canadian broadcasting system serves the needs and interests of official language minority communities—which I think is important to all of us—by providing opportunities for the production and delivery of programming in English or French.
It would just add subparagraph 3(1)(d)(iii.2) at the end.
