I don't disagree with anything that Mr. Noormohamed had to say. The only thing I would say procedurally is to vote on this amendment and get this done. Then you can move a second amendment on the date and the hours, and we'll see how that goes.
Otherwise, we could discuss it all together. It's whatever you want to do.
