We often talk about the need to keep journalists in newsrooms. The greater the number of journalists, the greater the number of voices, insights and opportunities for editorial mentoring. This is more likely to happen in newsrooms. I'm not saying that journalism can't take place outside newsrooms. However, in our opinion, by keeping more journalists in the newsrooms, we'll be able to answer many questions.
