Good morning, everyone. Welcome to meeting number 40 of the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage.
Before we begin, I'll ask all in-person participants to read the guidelines written on the cards on the table in front of you. They are measures in place to help prevent audio incidents and to protect the health and safety of all participants, including our interpreters. You will notice that there's a QR code on the card. Pursuant to the routine motion adopted by the committee, I can confirm that the witnesses have completed the required connection tests in advance of this meeting.
