I have to say, we've had, as I said, many criticisms of the process, from having rushed hearings to not having enough witnesses to not receiving briefs in a translated form so that we could make the time—

—I think we're just not going to move any more of our amendments because I believe that this process is broken. We've had a number of rulings against amendments. We've had every opportunity.... The Liberals and the NDP have voted down every other amendment.

You can resolve this for yourselves, but I don't think your votes should have counted on the last motion that took place in the main chamber because it wasn't resolved until just before I came.

I'll just flag that for you so that it doesn't affect the work of this committee.
